Sweet Mustard Pickles

6 onions (6 cups)
12 cucumbers (20 cups)
1 head of celery (4 cups)
1 head cauliflower (6 cups)
1 red pepper (1 cup)
1 green pepper (1 cup)

Dressing: 1 cup Flour
7 1/2 cups white sugar
3 Tbsp Dry Mustard
3 Tbsp Turmeric
4 cups Vinegar

Mix dressing, cook over low heat til thick, add vegetables & cook 10-15 minutes. Bring to boil, Add a little flour and water as a paste if needs more thickening. Depending on water content of vegetable may vary how much juice happens during cooking. Thickened according to desire you want pickles. Bottle hot and seal.
