1 cup butter
8 oz Creamcheese
1 ½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
2 tsp grated lemon rind (opt)
1 ¾ cup flour
1 ½ b powder
Floured gums
Cream sugar, cream cheese & butter well. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Add rind if using.
Add sifted flour & b powder until blended and smooth. Stir in floured gums.
Bake at 350 for approximately 40-45 minutes for sm loaves until golden and when toothpick is inserted comes out clean.
