1 cup butter
2 cups white sugar
3 eggs (one at a time)
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tap baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup boiling water (adding last)
2 cups blueberries (flour with 1/2 cup of above flour)
Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well.
Add flour(reserving 1/2 cup for blueberries)
Fold in floured berries n place cake mixture in greased floured pan/s
350 for approx 30-45 min or until lightly golden n when toothpick is inserted it comes out clean.
Sprinkle with sugar when done and serve as is or with blueberry sauce.
